• The group is divided in teams.
• Teams are assigned with preparing local cuisine specialties with mangalitsa meat.
• Teams are also tasked with coming up with a marketing plan for their product.
• The preparation, taste and marketing plan are all put to evaluation, with special awards awaiting the best team.
• The evaluation is held by an expert panel.
• Prepared dishes are served for lunch.
• Local live national music band is there to create good vibes and keep the spirits.
