Ljubostinja Monastery is located in the small mountain valley of the Ljubostinja River, in central Serbia. It is a medieval monument, known for being the place where the Serbian army re-grouped after the Battle of Kosovo. This battle with Ottoman Empire determined Serbian history for the next 400 years. No army won, but the battle is considered to be the turning point for fall of medieval Serbian state.
